    Where do you live that you can build a free standing building with no crawlspace? It must be warm here most of the time. If I did that here in PA we would either freeze or pay a million dollar gas bill! How nice to have a space of your own to work. I have the garage- but alas- it is full of woodworking machinery and has ... NO HEAT. LOL
