SOME BITS & BOBS AND A SPRING GIVEAWAY!!!!!!!!!!!

I have not posted in a little while because I have been busy again with a Fundraiser for RESCUE DOGS MATCH.  Brenda now has almost 40 dogs to vet and more coming so we are having a MAYDAY BAZAAR.  Hopefully it turns out well and we can do this twice a year.  The Psychic events have kind of gotten out of control so I don't think I want to do them anymore, more about that another time.

We should be done the closet today, then I just have to sand the floor and reupholster the sofa and we're done.  It is looking great.  This cupboard was my inspiration.  The closet will look like this but right across the wall and the doors are solid.

Oh how I love this!!!!

Here are some little bits & bobs I have found.  I love the sign, think I will make it for the kitchen.  I adore vintage playing cards.  Saw these on Pinterest and of course I can find nothing like them but thanks to computer I can print them and frame them.  Love this Micheal Kors bag but alas it was also on Pinterest and now where to be found.

I was going through some old photo albums for pictures of my darling son as a baby and came across what our old General Store looked like when we first moved out here.  I loved it.  Now it is closed and someone just lives there.  That is something I have always admired about my U.S. neighbours, your small towns seem to retain the quaintness with the General Stores and old shops, they get harder and harder to find here every year, a shame.

Here is my husband on a nature walk with our swee boy, it does not seem that long ago.

This is me on on Wedding Day, look at those shoes, I loved them and still have them along with all of my platform shoes, I could open a museum.  I am now almost 45 lbs. lost and on my way to looking some what like this again I hope.
