APRIL 22 WAS EARTH DAY!!!

April 22 was Earth Day.  To me every day is Earth Day .

I spent the day outside in the park with the babies and my husband and son.  We played in the sand, breathed the fresh air and basked in the sunny afternoon.

We enjoyed the lovely first days Of Spring.

That is a perfect day to me.  Don't celebrate our Earth on just one day, get out there and breath everyday.

SIMPLE, AMAZING LAST MINUTE EASTER IDEAS!!!!

It is only a couple of days away but it is not too late to make some adorable Easter Projects.  I found some on Pinterest ( love Pinterest!) and I am doing some of these.  I have been so occupied with my online shop that I just decorated for Easter this week so some of these ideas are perfect for last minute.

First up are these adorable carrot boxes and great for jelly beans or mini eggs you can get the directions at ELLA CLAIRE BLOG.

The bunny napkins are just amazing.  Very simple and really impressions.  Go to SWEET AND SIMPLE MAGAZINE to see how.

I absolutely love this one.  Cut a carrot cake into carrot shapes and ice, how sweet.  For this and a lot more simple Easter Ideas drop by KITCHEN FUN WITH MY 3 SONS.

If you have little kids coming for Easter they will love this.  An Oreo Dirt Cake complete with a carrot garden.  THE SEMI SWEET SISTER have full instructions.

You may remember I made these a few years ago and they went over very well.  I am making them again this Easter.  Pillsbury Crescent Rolls shaped like carrots.  These were so easy to make I just made carrot shapes from foil and wrapped the dough around those, they turned out great.  Egg Salad is a good filler but Tuna or Chicken would be great too.  Go to HUNGRY HAPPENINGS.COM
to see how it's done.

I hope you all have a lovely Good Friday, it is deliciously sunny here on the farm today.  I am just heading to the kitchen for some Hot Crossed Buns and coffee.....enjoy your day.

LITTLE MR.MAGOO NEEDS YOUR HELP!!!

This sweet little guy was born blind, he is just 2 years old and we have discovered that he has some serious medical issues.  He has been with RESCUE DOGS MATCH for almost a year and the decision has been made to keep him in permanent foster care.  We have him with our doggy family here on the farm but his medical bills will be in the thousands and the rescue cannot afford that so we have started a GO FUND ME campaign for Mr. Magoo.  Please go to the link and if you cannot donate would you please share on your blogs and Facebook pages.
