CHRISTMAS MOVIES FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY!

I know it is a little early for Christmas movies but I must share three of my all time favourites with you. If you have not heard of them you should try to get them because they are wonderful.

Raymond Briggs is an incredible British writer and he has these amazing Christmas stories that are animated on film

I start out my holiday season always with this one first and we watch it several times.

Father Christmas is a delightful tale of what Father Christmas does on his time off.

The Bear tells how a baby Polar Bear gets lost, ends up in and zoo and meets a little girl who takes him in and hides him from her parents.

The Snowman is the story of a boy who builds a snowman that comes to life and they have a wonderful adventure.

If you cannot find the dvd's get the books they are a wonderful tradition to start with your children. In this time of 3D animation these sweet movies are beautiful and refreshing.

  1. The stories sound lovely, especially the one about the bear getting lost and the animated snowman. I just read the Black Snowman by Phil Mendez and I really enjoyed the focus on tradition.
