HO! HO! HO!

It has been a beautiful, balmy November day here in Ontario. A day for raking leaves and soaking up perhaps the last of the sun. I let my hubby rake the leaves and my babies, Duffy & Penny soak up the sun. I spend the day in my studio, which is still wonderfully sunny, painting a Christmas Sign. As you may remember I had the lovely Witches Broom sign for Halloween. We loved the way it looked in the yard so it will now be a permanent feature. I decided to make one for Christmas and then one more for all year, I haven't decided what to put on that one yet.

Here is one side finished. This side will face us and the one facing the road will be an old fashioned Candy Cane sign. I will show you that later this week.

  1. Great job on the sign, love that Santa. The candy cane sounds perfect for the other side. Hope you have a great week! Cyndy

  2. love the sign. It's going to look awesome in your yard. it was warm here yesterday in Indiana. Today, windy with lots of rain. The wind is blowing so hard that the trees are almost bare now.

Blessings to you and yours, V.

  3. What a great sign! We also are having a great fall with lots of leaves. I love walking in the leaves, listening to them rustle. Plus they are so beautiful to look at.
Please come by for a visit. I have something for you.
