FRIDAY HALLOWEEN SPOOKTAKULAR!

It is time for another FRIDAY HALLOWEEN SPOOKTAKULAR. First I will show you what I made today.. In an earlier post I showed a lovely black tulle wreath. Today I made a black one for me and an orange and black one for my son and daughter-in-law for the front door of their new home. These were very easy they took about an hour each. I just cut the tulle and folded it in half and looped it over an embroidery hoop and pulled then finished with a lovely ribbon. The embroidery hoop was the cheapest thing I could find and it was just the right size. Total cost around $7.00 each.

Here are some other cute wreaths.

This one is from Grandin Road.

This one is from Pier 1.

How about using a witches hat as a centre piece. They are so nice and you can find them everywhere.

I love silhouettes. You can buy them or make them. They look great in a window, door or on a wall. Get creative and make some fun ones with your kids.

A cute idea from Martha Stewart.

And now for the sweet stuff. I love candy apples and caramel apples. Have some fun and make some spooky, sweet treats this Halloween.

These ghosts are adorable, they are from Amy Atlas Events.

These eerie beauties look like something the Wicked Stepmother would have made for Snow White on Halloween. All you need for these is black and red food colour added to the corn syrup.

I really like the simplicity of the black and white cookies. The delicious intricate ones on the bottom are from Amy Atlas Events.

I hope you have enjoyed these ideas. Next week will be all my own decorating ideas. I start to decorate on Monday after our Thanksgiving. I have made some really spooky things this season and I cannot wait to share them with you.

Don't forget to enter my Halloween Giveaway posted on my sidebar and to all of my fellow Canadians HAPPY THANKSGIVING, I will see you all on Monday, have a lovely weekend.
