THE FIRST YULETIDE PARTY!

I have been cooking for days. Today is our Annual Christmas Party with our dear friends. It is a lot or work but I do enjoy it and I am one of those "down to the wire" people. It never seems to matter how much I plan I am always working until the very last minute.

Every year I do something different. I have had a Tuscan Feast, Traditional British Christmas Meal, a Fondue Party and many more. This year it is Spanish Tapas.

I still have to do the table.

Get the drinks ready.

Decide what to wear.

Before I know it the guests will be arriving.

I will let you know how it all goes tomorrow. Hope you have a lovely weekend whatever you are doing. If you went to or had a party I would love to hear about it.

  2. I can't wait to see how your party went, my sweet friend. I have to tell you that I love that little "snow kitty" on your side bar. That is just adorable! Blessings to you.

  5. Great Pics!! That last picture you posted is the Gordon Lee Mansion in Chickamauga, Georgia. My daughter was married on the front porch 2 1/2 years ago, it is a beautiful place. Absolutely gorgeous lit up for Christmas. They have a beautiful small garden off to the side and a private chapel on the grounds. It was used as a field hospital during the Battle Of Chickamauga. And tapas sounds like a great idea for dinner!!
    Warm Wishes,
