SPRING FORWARD!

The clocks went ahead today.....yay!  I did it last night before I went to bed and I was a bit tired and set them an hour back.  Thank goodness my husband did not have to work.  I noticed it when I turned on the T.V. and the clock said the right time.....oops.  Oh well, it is a beautiful, sunny day although the mud here on the farm is horrendous!  My poor babies hate it.  They sit on the porch in the sun and only run across the field if they see something interesting.

The Spring clock means the Robins will be coming out soon.  It may be old fashioned but when I see the first Robin I am ready to go into the garden.

The crocus will be popping their heads up any time and then the daffodils and tulips.

I cannot wait.   Spring, I have missed you!

Today I plant my Tomato seeds in their little pods.

Last year at this time the weather was so warm that when I planted the seeds they grew very quickly in the sun.  I think it will be a little longer this Spring but soon they will be this big.

Before I know it they will be ready to plant in the garden.

And then...yum, my heirloom tomatoes.  The Black Krim were the best tomatoes I have ever eaten you really should try them.  I get my seeds on Etsy.

Easter is early this year.  I like it much better in April it is so much more Spring like then.  This will be our little granddaughters first Easter Egg Hunt, I wish it could be outside but I am sure it will not be warm enough.  We are all gathering here and the Easter Bunny will do something special inside I am sure, I have an in with the Easter Bunny.

I am looking for some different things to do for Easter, I will start doing my Easter posts soon.  I found this today and I think it is adorable.  What a sweet idea for Deviled Eggs.  I found this at DAILY PINS.COM.

The Goddess of Spring is coming, I can feel her with every warm breeze.

I am going to go out into my garden today, as muddy as it is.  Perhaps I will get a glimpse of a Spring Fairy or two.  One can only dream.

I hope the weather is nice where you are and you have a lovely Sunday afternoon.
