ENJOYING THE SPRING MORNING....FINALLY!

Finally, Spring is here and I hope to stay.  The sun is shining this morning on the farm, birds are singing the sky is so blue, it is a glorious day!

Rufus is all ready getting tired for a nap, he has been up since 6 a.m.  We cut down quite a few trees around the garden because there was no sun and everything kept dying last year.  Hubby is making a lovely wood pile.  Everything is so green now.  We have birds everywhere nesting, last night for the first time on the farm we saw an Oriolle and also for the first time we have a family of Cardinals nesting in my topiary.

Atticus loves the garden, he is such a good boy, always sticks right by us.  Everything is coming along quite quickly now that there is sun.  Mr. Bunny likes his new paint colour and is quite happy in the garden.

Duffy & Penny's Garden is looking quite lovely.  The pups are going to help in the garden today.  You may notice Daisy is M.I.A.  Well she went into the studio and although she is quite capable of pushing open the screen doors she is too much of a lady for that, I will have to go and let her out.

My wonderful husband finished the new raised garden bed yesterday and even painted it for me!  All in all I am pretty happy with the progress of all of our work.  The new gazeba should be finished by Tuesday.  Just one more little thing....

......our wonderful, talented son won an Emmy last year for his work in sound on the Kennedy's Mini Series and he just got his certificate.  We are so proud of him, he is really good at what he does.

So, I hope you are all having a fabulous, sunny day!
