PEEK A BOO TRAYS IN LUCY'S GARDEN!!!!

 I just finished a new collection of trays for my Etsy Shop LUCY'S GARDEN.  I really enjoyed making these.  I call them PEEK A BOO Trays because each on has a little surprise peeking out from the side.  They are made of recycled pine and very durable.

STRAWBERRY SEASON & LOTS OF JAM!!!

The strawberries from Josmar Acres were exceptionally sweet this season.  I just picked up another flat today, but those are going to be just for eating whole.

I picked up a couple of flats last week and decided it was jam making time.

I got out the jars, cleaned and crushed the strawberries and soon....

We had jam!  I have enough until next Spring if my husbands stops eating it all.

The garden is doing well, I will update on the heirloom tomatoes and peppers later.  I planted radishes this Spring because they did so well last year.  I guess that it was too hot early in the Spring and they grew too fast because they were all tops and this was my only radish.  Oh well, maybe next Spring.

FIRST SALAD OF THE SEASON & FLOWER CHILD KIMONO LAUNCH!!!

Good morning everyone!  I hope you all had a wonderful Canada Day weekend and Happy 4th. of July to our friends in the U.S.

Last night was the first time we ate from the garden.  The lettuces and spinach are bursting and we had the most delicious salad.  The spinach was especially sweet....yummmm!  I cannot wait for the Heirloom Tomatoes and Chocolate Peppers.  I have a mystery veg growing too.  One of the seed dealers sent my a free pack of seeds and I forget what they were, they are growing on a vine and already flowering so we wil see very soon.

I am almost finished photgraphing my FLOWER CHILD KIMONOS for my Etsy Shop MY HIPPIE HEART JEWELLRY.  They will be going up today. 

I also have started a FACEBOOK PAGE for my shop please stop by and LIKE me or even better FRIEND  me.  There is power in spreading the word.

I had better get back to my photography or I will never get done.  Here is our little Bohemian Baby loving her newest Kimono from FLOWER CHILD calle GREEN "PEACE".

When is the last time you sang the Canadian National Anthem?  I sang it this morning and it made my heart feel so good.  If you are Canadian sing today!

I love being Canadian,we are strong, honest, happy and the nicest people in the world, that is according to a world poll last year.  We all new that.  HAPPY BIRTHDAY CANADA, YOU LOOK GOOD!
